研究方向与科研成果:

研究方向是食品安全与营养,主要的研究内容包括(1)食品加工过程中有害产物控制技术研究,(2)食品营养功能成分的提取和功效评价,(3)食品营养功能成分包埋技术研究等。

近五年来,参与了省部级以上科研项目4项,在食品营养和纳米材料领域发表SCI论文共8篇,其中第一作者论文3篇。

获奖及荣誉情况:

2018年第十届山东省大学生科技节——“布勒杯”食品加工与安全创新设计大赛中荣获“优秀指导教师奖”。
