研究方向是食品安全与营养,主要的研究内容包括(1)食品加工过程中有害产物控制技术研究,(2)食品营养功能成分的提取和功效评价,(3)食品营养功能成分包埋技术研究等。 近五年来,参与了省部级以上科研项目4项,在食品营养和纳米材料领域发表SCI论文共8篇,其中第一作者论文3篇。 | ||||
