研究方向与科研成果:

研究领域为食品营养与功能性食品,研究方向为:

1)天然食品功能因子的功能性评价及分子作用机制研究;

2)功能性食品的开发。

科研成果:

主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项、淄博市校城融合计划发展项目1项;参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项;另外,还先后参与近十项省市级科技研究项目。在食品营养研究领域发表学术论文三十余篇,其中SCI、EI收录十余篇;参编著作3部;获得授权发明专利5项。

获奖及荣誉情况:

1牡丹花色素结构鉴定及理化性质研究,获得河南省科技进步二等奖和河南省教育厅科技成果二等奖

2)杜仲雄花功能因子检测及功能学评价研究,获得河南省科技进步三等奖和河南省教育厅科技成果一等奖

3牡丹籽有效成分提取工艺及活性研究,获得洛阳市科技进步二等奖
