研究领域为食品营养与功能性食品,研究方向为: (1)天然食品功能因子的功能性评价及分子作用机制研究; (2)功能性食品的开发。 科研成果: 主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项、淄博市校城融合计划发展项目1项;参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项;另外,还先后参与近十项省市级科技研究项目。在食品营养研究领域发表学术论文三十余篇,其中SCI、EI收录十余篇;参编著作3部;获得授权发明专利5项。 | ||||
