张新华

基本情况:

张新华(副教授,博士生导师,博士毕业于中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院,主要从事果蔬贮藏与加工技术、果蔬采后生理与分子生物学、果蔬营养品质控制与质量安全等方面的研究工作。收农业工程学科的博士研究生及食品工程学科的硕士研究生。

科研成果简介:

   发表研究论文60余篇,其中SCI、EI收录20多篇;获得国家发明专利3项;主持并参与了多项国家自然科学基金项目(编号:31772024、31671900、31201432和31101587)、二位参与山东省自然科学基金1项、主持2项北京工商大学重点实验室的开放课题、山东理工大学博士基金、山东理工大学青年教师发展支持计划、以及与企业合作的横向课题等多项课题的研究工作。在果蔬采后生理、病理、抗性诱导及残次果蔬资源化利用等方面积累了一定的理论及技术基础。研究成果得到了国内外同行的认可,多篇论文发表于国际的Top期刊,在果蔬采后研究领域具有较高的学术影响力;并于2015年首位获得校级科学技术一等奖1项。主持及参与的国家自然科学基金如下:
