研究方向   主要从事重金属等危害食品安全的小分子物质快速检测、电化学传感器方面的研究。到目前为止,已在高性能生物传感器的构建、重金属汞的快速检测新方法、分子间相互作用研究和生物活性材料评价新方法、多功能纳米级结构复合薄膜的相关研究等方面取得了一定原创性科研成果,积累了丰富经验。特别是利用生物传感器的实际样品实时检测方面,研究了海鲜食品中过氧化氢、重金属汞的实时监测。
